Who is The Panic Room for? The Panic Room is open to two age groups: the Youth Panic Room serves ages 13 to 20, and the Adult Panic Room serves ages 21 to 75. If you are struggling with trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, or related mental health challenges, this program is designed for you.

What topics are addressed in the sessions? Sessions cover a range of trauma-related issues including depression, anxiety disorder, conflict resolution, grief, brain health, and mental wellness - all facilitated by professional counselors and therapists.

When do sessions take place, and how do I attend? Sessions are held online every Monday evening from 6:30 to 8:00 PM EST. The program is conducted virtually, so you can participate from the comfort and privacy of your own home.

Is there a cost to participate? No. Registration and participation in The Panic Room are completely free.
