Mission

The Hispanic Community Counseling Services (H.C.C.S.) mission is to provide quality mental health and human services to children, adults, and families with special needs from behavioral, psychological, and intellectual impairments.  Services will promote, advocate, and deliver Outpatient Mental Health Services in a multilingual, multicultural sensitive, and component environment.

About Us

In response to the need for an alternative and more proactive discipline plans, the H.C.C.S. decided to implement different interventions focused on the treatment and prevention of psychiatric and psychological illnesses. Our treatment model has been carefully designed to maximize total client needs and care.
